Eric Bihl, PT

B.S., Physical Therapy, University of Illinois – Chicago, 1979
With over 20 years of experience in the field of physical therapy, Eric’s knowledge transcends clinical application and treatment to also include business growth, development, and management. Along with his partner, Tim Coleman, Eric has applied his leadership to grow METT from a single clinic operation to a leading therapy provider in the south suburbs. As a licensed physical therapist, Eric still treats patients on a regular basis while managing the business operations for the company.
A lifelong resident of the south suburbs, Eric and his family live in Tinley Park. He is active in his church and coaches youth baseball.
Tim Coleman, PT, MS, OCS

B.S., Physical Therapy, University of Illinois – Chicago, 1979
M.S. Physical Therapy, Northwestern University, 1989
Born and raised in the south suburbs of Chicago, Tim met his business partner, Eric Bihl, while attending UIC, where they graduated in 1979. Tim was recently re-certified as an OCS (Orthopedic Clinical Specialist). His area of expertise is orthopedics. Tim enjoys his role in clinical education for the staff of METT Therapy Services.
Tim and his family have lived in Homewood for the past 16 years, where he enjoys
coaching various youth sports for his sons. Tim’s philosophy at work is both simple and inspirational: "There are no problems, only opportunities for solutions!"

With 10 years in business and 15 years in Occupational Therapy, Pat brings diverse experience to METT Therapy Services. Her corporate background and her management expertise within therapy clinics have prepared her for the challenges faced as Director. She has provided direct patient care as well as managed out-patient, acute care and rehab services.
Pat loves sports and is active in volleyball, bowling and travels extensively.
