Location Overview
A complete range of outpatient rehabilitation services is available at our clinic at Well Group Health Partners (formerly Suburban Heights Medical Center).

Outpatient orthopedic physical therapy provides evaluation and treatment for a variety of diagnoses, including sports injuries, work-related injuries, post-surgical dysfunction, and neck, back and upper/lower extremity pain.

Outpatient occupational therapy services are available for the evaluation, treatment and rehabilitation of elbow, wrist and hand injuries.

Patients with higher-level neurological impairments are also treated at this facility, which is open Monday through Thursday from 7:00am-7:00pm, Friday from 7:00-5:30, and Saturday from 8:00-Noon.
