New Graduate Education Program
METT Therapy Services has designed a comprehensive program for new graduates to assist with national licensing exam preparation and structured experience and learning.
This program called Mentoring Success involves classroom training coordinated by clinical specialists, expert clinicians, as well as current and former physical therapy faculty. This structured education and exam preparation is designed using the Guide to Physical Therapist Practice and the FSBPT Physical Therapist Examination Content Outline. New graduates are paired with a mentor who meets regularly with him or her during the first year of employment.
Salaries and benefits will be commensurate with state and local guidelines and the Illinois Practice Act.

METT Scholarship Program
The METT Therapy Scholarship Program is designed for students accepted or currently enrolled in an accredited physical or occupational therapy program in Illinois. The student must apply for a student scholarship with METT Therapy and be in current good standing with the university or academic program. Each applicant must complete a Student Scholarship Agreement.
